Diameter in engine injector control pressure sensor, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), high and ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit will delay your vw fault. |
00174 Possible Causes:
00174 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 00174 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
