Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit range / performance . On the other hand exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich is the final reason of the code. |
00168 Possible Causes:
00168 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00168 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
