Accumulated in electronic control units so please check dtc memory of clutch ecu run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit low and wait then o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich is the final reason of the code. |
00163 Possible Causes:
00163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00163 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "a"
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
