When you open exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), low is the final reason of the code. |
00160 Possible Causes:
00160 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00160 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle angle signal stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
