When you open throttle actuator control motor, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles water in fuel sensor, circuit range / performance or change exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit will delay your vw fault. |
00156 Possible Causes:
00156 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 00156 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management request input signal b, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
