This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'g' primary control, short to plus to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition switch run position, circuit low or exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
00153 Possible Causes:
00153 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Inspect all the connections control module, coding fault
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
