Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 2 run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 1 or change please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 is the final reason of the code. |
00138 Possible Causes:
00138 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00138 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control motor current, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
