00131 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine signal for back-up lights, open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high and throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00131 Possible Causes:
00131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00131 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle position output, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
