This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent and pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
00117 Possible Causes:
00117 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00117 Code
- Inspect all the connections potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
