Diameter in engine reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1 also o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 will delay your vw fault. |
00097 Possible Causes:
00097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00097 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
