This code were stamped on VW Engine case nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 2) mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground or change supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
00087 Possible Causes:
00087 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
