00084 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control unit programming, programming not finished causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system water in fuel sensor, circuit high also signal 'door up' not recognized is the final reason of the code. |
00084 Possible Causes:
00084 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00084 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of air condition ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
