The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance also throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
00083 Possible Causes:
00083 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00083 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for engine storage (n144/145), interruption / short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
