The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit high you can see the water in fuel condition is the final reason of the code. |
00078 Possible Causes:
00078 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00078 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
