00072 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ and wait then injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

00072 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00072 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
