The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 individual cylinder control, sensor dynamic too low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low you can see the exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
00058 Possible Causes:
00058 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00058 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
