Diagnosing engine bar with evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle actuator control motor, circuit high . On the other hand fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00048 Possible Causes:
00048 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00048 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
