Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, internal resistance too large the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ . On the other hand intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached is the final reason of the code. |
00038 Possible Causes:
00038 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00038 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
