00033 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit high voltage and mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to low is the final reason of the code. |
00033 Possible Causes:
00033 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00033 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, ice blockage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
