The problem is about turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too largely and wait then low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
00028 Possible Causes:
00028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00028 Code
- Inspect all the connections controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), interruption / short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
