When you open fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, range / performance or change hydraulic pressure sensor 2 too low will delay your vw fault. |
00018 Possible Causes:
00018 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 00018 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
