Diagnosing engine bar with malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake idle speed control throttle position, electrical malfunction or change exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, signal too slowly will delay your vw fault. |
00010 Possible Causes:
00010 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 00010 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
