This something to do with the intake camshaft timing pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high . On the other hand o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
00009 Possible Causes:
00009 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00009 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
