00008 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about data bus powertrain, missing messages from steering wheel electronics (j527) to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so controller pin coding, implausible signal or change a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
00008 Possible Causes:
00008 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 00008 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
