The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so charging system, voltage you can see the fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
00008 Possible Causes:
00008 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00008 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1; system too lean at idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
