00003 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
00003 Possible Causes:
00003 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 00003 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
