When you open exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed and wait then turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low is the final reason of the code. |
00001 Possible Causes:
00001 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00001 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, disabled
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
