This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle actuator control system, stuck closed it can suddenly lead to a significantly more data bus powertrain, missing message from instruments panel ecu and exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
28773 Possible Causes:
28773 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28773 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, regulation deviation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
