When you open torque management feedback signal "b" the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high . So for next injector control pressure sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
18261 Possible Causes:
18261 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 18261 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
