When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible . On the other hand reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
17002 Possible Causes:
17002 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 17002 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
