15888 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more turbocharger speed sensor, circuit range / performance or change control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
15888 Possible Causes:
15888 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 15888 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
