This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high . So for next cylinder 9 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
10205 Possible Causes:
10205 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 10205 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
