The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control unit error programming error mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, electrical error in the electric circuit or fuel supply heater, control circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
03144 Possible Causes:
03144 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03144 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 1, adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
