02390 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ also o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 is the final reason of the code. |
02390 Possible Causes:
02390 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02390 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
